Junior Concept Developer

Off and On again is looking for a Junior Concept Developer (f/m/d) to join our creative team to design culturally relevant brand experiences.

With your talent, you will help to drive the future of Off and On again, in pitches, in projects, in our team and towards our clients. You are shaping, defining and crafting the brand experiences of our clients, by collaborating closely with clients, creatives, producers, developers and designers.

In a nutshell: YOU

• Ideation and development of communication that matters, whether it is a campaign, website, content or the cool stuff you will teach us.
• Work collaboratively in Figma with the project team and embrace an iterative process.
  
• Mastery of copywriting in German in English in a variety of different styles and tones.
• Consultancy of our clients in detail on all aspects of brand experience and communication.
• Confident in presenting your ideas internally or externally.
• Experience in a creative agency is a plus.
